It has best possible and convenient setting in the middle of jackson. The staff are professional and efficient and I liked their attitude.

No major issues, everything was ok.

Spent my new year at this hotel and it was a great experience. They offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi during my stay which was a nice touch. the location was also convenient as it was near malls and fast food chains. the minimalist and sustainable design of the rooms was a plus for me.

The soundproofing of the rooms could have been better as there was some noise coming from neighboring rooms during the night. It would have been nice to have a window in the room as well.

Location is convenient- close to shopping and dining. The room had clean sheets and towels. The shower was nice and hot.

The walls are paper thin. We could hear every sound and conversation from the adjacent rooms.

Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and I was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort.
